Requires operators of specified SAAB SF340A and 340B aeroplanes (listed serial ranges) to inspect and modify engine nacelle fire extinguisher wiring following SAAB Service Bulletin 340-26-015. Compliance is required by the next 4,000‑flight‑hour C‑check after 29 February 1996.

This imposes a compliance cost and scheduling obligation on aircraft owners/operators, who must organise and pay for work specified by the manufacturer to reduce the risk of incorrect extinguisher electrical connections.
