Applicability:	Recaro Aircraft Passenger Seats Type 3410, 3510 (A,B,C,D), 4400, 4420 and 6510 delivered after 1st November 2005 and before 5th May 2006.
Requirement:	Accomplish the requirements of the following Recaro Aircraft Seating GmbH & Co. KG Service Bulletins as appropriate to the seat type:3410-25BQ555, Original Issue, dated 19 May 20063510-25BQ073, Original Issue, dated 18 May 20064400-25BQ046, Original Issue, dated 19 May 20064420-25BQ128, Original Issue, dated 19 May 20066510-25BQ115, Original Issue, dated 19 May 2006or later approved revisions.Note: EASA AD 2006-0220 refers.
Compliance:	Within 8 calendar weeks after the effective date of the Airworthiness Directive.
	This Airworthiness Directive becomes effective on 23 November 2006.
Background:	During an inspection an improperly riveted seat belt shackle was found. This could lead to a malfunction of the seat belt attachment. The existence of similar occurrences cannot be excluded.
