This Airworthiness Directive requires operators of SICMA AERO SEAT passenger seats (types 90XX and 92XX, specified part numbers, right‑side only) to inspect the central spreaders for cracking and to install doublers or replace spreaders per the manufacturer’s Service Bulletin. It sets mandatory inspection intervals, limits for temporary repairs, and a final compliance date.

Aircraft operators or maintainers must carry out and pay for the inspections and corrective work within the specified flight‑hour/month limits to address the identified cracking risk.
