This AD mandates fitting a P.T.F.E. liner into the rear main-undercarriage pintle-pin bush on Model SD-360 aircraft listed in Shorts Service Bulletin SD360-32-03 to remedy in-service damage that causes unacceptably high friction. Compliance by a fixed date is required and the service bulletin provides the technical procedure.

It affects owners/operators of the listed serial-number aircraft, who must arrange and pay for parts, labour and downtime; execution and scheduling are left to the operator under the bulletin.
