Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

This AD requires relocating the landing‑gear warning horn on Shorts SD3‑60 aeroplanes (S/N SH3601–SH3689) whenever the Keystone horn (P/No AC155F) is fitted — or within 30 flight hours after 31 January 1987 for aircraft already fitted — by following Shorts Service Bulletin SD360‑32‑23.

The change responds to reports that the Keystone horn can be inaudible when mounted along the top centreline between Station 3 and 13.45; compliance reduces the inaudibility safety risk.
