This AD mandates that all Short SD3-60 aeroplanes comply with Shorts Service Bulletin SD360-55-10 to correct loose interference‑fit bushes found in tailplane attachment fittings. Compliance is required prior to 31 March 1986. The AD makes the service bulletin’s corrective action mandatory for the entire fleet but refers to that bulletin for the technical steps; it does not detail costs, labour times, or alternatives.
