Plain English Summary

4/10 complexity

This AD mandates that owners and operators of British Aerospace (Scottish Aviation) Twin Pioneer Series 1 and 3 aircraft immediately comply with the procedures in Scottish Aviation TNS No. 26 regarding the Heat Exchange Unit Intensifier Tube.

It affects operators, maintenance organisations and engineers, who must obtain and follow the external TNS forthwith; costs, downtime and scheduling are borne by operators since the AD relies on that referenced document for technical details.
