Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

This directive requires owners/operators of specified Robin/Avions Pierre Robin aircraft to inspect the weld attaching the nose-wheel steering bracket to the nose landing gear, using the manufacturer’s Service Bulletin procedures. Inspection frequency depends on the lower plate width, and detected small cracks trigger 25‑flight‑hour re‑inspections until repair or replacement to prevent steering failure.
