This Airworthiness Directive requires owners/operators of Robin R2000 aircraft to inspect and, if needed, reinforce the metal brackets attaching the ailerons and flaps to the wings per Manufacturer Service Bulletin No. 90.

Inspections and any reinforcement must be completed within 100 flight hours after 31 October 1982 to address bracket cracking that could lead to control-surface failure and potential loss of aircraft control.
