Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

Owners and operators of Robin aeroplanes listed in Apex Service Bulletin 020310 must replace non–fire‑resistant oil hoses in the engine compartment, following the exact procedures in that service bulletin. This work was required within 310 flight hours or by 31 December 2002 (whichever came first); the directive took effect 3 October 2002. The change addresses a known unsafe condition: non‑fire‑resistant hoses can fail in an engine fire and worsen the emergency.
