Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This directive requires owners and operators of Robin R2000 aeroplanes to inspect and repair cracks in the vertical stabiliser spar—the main tail-fin beam—after real-world cracking was found at the lower rudder fitting that could compromise structural integrity. Australia has made French DGAC AD 90-224(A) mandatory here; follow its technical steps (and Robin Service Bulletin 120) and complete the work by 30 January 1991.
