Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

This directive requires owners and operators of the listed Robin aircraft to carry out Avions Pierre Robin Service Bulletin 114 Rev.1 — a modification to the safety-belt quick-disconnect link — within 50 hours’ time-in-service after 21 May 1992. It replaces prior repetitive inspections with a one‑time modification, addressing a manufacturer‑reported defect; costs, parts and downtime fall to operators, while completing the repair eliminates ongoing inspection burdens.
