Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This AD entry has been cancelled and no longer carries its own rotor‑shaft life‑limit requirements. Instead it directs operators and maintainers to the Rolls‑Royce RB211 Time Limits Manual (ch. 5‑10‑01) and CAO 106 (see AD/ENG/7) for the operative limits and obligations.

That matters because compliance responsibility remains with operators and maintenance organisations, but the authoritative rules now live in the manufacturer manual and CAO reference rather than this standalone AD.
