| Background: | This AD is no longer required because all Robinson R22 helicopters now have new design P/N A016-4 blades fitted which are not susceptible to corrosion pitting due to their use of a stainless steel skin. The old design P/N A016-2 blades were required to be removed by 1 April 2006 in accordance with AD/R22/53. |
