| Applicability: | This AD applies to all PZL M18 and M18A aircraft fitted with DGAC-Spain STC Nos. 83-S, 87-S, 88-S, 89-S, 101-S, 102-S and 130-S. |

| Background: | Aircraft fitted with abovementioned STCs have various operational limitations at the respective Aircraft Flight Manual Supplements. Subsequent to an investigation of an accident of an M18A, which occurred in Spain on 4 September 2005, by the Spanish Civil Aviation Accidents and Incidents Investigation Commission, which noted the differences in operational limitations, EASA has decided to standardise the limitations and approved AFM Supplement No. 16 to Aircraft Flight Manual of PZL M18 ”Dromader”, published by PZL, referenced in TCDS EASA.A.056. |
