Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

Owners/operators of Percival Proctor aeroplanes must immediately inspect the wing centre-section joint gap and ensure it cannot allow the top pin to rotate or partially withdraw. If the gap is excessive, they must modify the pin-safety bracket per Proctor Mod. No. C1205 (or specified equivalents).

This directive applies to unmodified Proctors, requires prompt action by owners/operators, and leaves them responsible for arranging and funding inspection and any modification.
