Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This Airworthiness Directive requires immediate modification of the centre‑section spar on all Percival Proctor Mk. IV and V aircraft by following one of three specified documents (Percival Civil Mod. C1225; DCA/PROCTOR/3; or A.N.O. 105.1.26.2.5.1). It affects owners, operators and maintenance organisations, who must fund and schedule the work forthwith; limited discretion remains because only the listed methods are acceptable.
