Commonwealth legislation
This schedule entry (AD/PMC/13) is a CASA airworthiness‑directive placeholder for McCauley variable‑pitch propellers that is marked “Not Issued.” As published it creates no legal obligations, costs, or compliance duties for operators, owners, or manufacturers; it simply records CASA’s capacity to issue a directive later, if the regulator decides to do so.
