Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

This airworthiness directive requires owners/operators of Cessna 336 aircraft fitted with McCauley rear (pusher) propeller hubs of certain D2AF34C56 or earlier D2AF34C61 series to remove those hubs before they reach 500 flight hours. It life-limits the affected hubs to prevent possible catastrophic hub failure. Hubs removed under this AD may be returned to service only if later modified per the separate AD/PMC/20 (Service Bulletin 88).
