Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

This directive requires owners/operators of Transavia PL 12 series aircraft to install Transavia Modification No. 95 (or an authority‑approved equivalent) to ensure continuous fuel feed during extreme attitudes encountered in agricultural flying. Affects operators and maintenance organisations, who must fund and carry out the work (or obtain approval for an alternative) by 31 December 1970; it raises short‑term costs and downtime to reduce fuel‑starvation risk.
