Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This AD mandates a modification of the rudder pedal support on all Pilatus Porter PC‑6 aeroplanes, to be carried out by following Pilatus Service Bulletin No. 65. Operators and maintenance organisations must complete the change by 31 March 1967.

Compliance and associated parts, labour and downtime costs fall to aircraft owners/operators; the regulator enforces the requirement while the service bulletin provides the technical steps.
