AD/PC-12/58 - Air Data Attitude & Heading Reference System - CANCELLED

What this does: This document officially cancels a previous aviation safety rule (Airworthiness Directive AD/PC-12/58) that required specific maintenance or inspections for the Air Data Attitude & Heading Reference System on Pilatus PC-12 aircraft.

Who it affects: Owners and operators of Pilatus PC-12 series aeroplanes registered in Australia.

Why it matters: As of 4 December 2009, you no longer need to follow this specific Australian directive. Instead, a European safety rule (EASA AD 2009-0249) now applies to these aircraft. Under Australian aviation regulations (CASR 30.001A), European safety directives issued after 1 October 2009 are automatically recognised as Australian law for imported aircraft, making the old local rule redundant.
