This document cancels a previous aviation safety rule for owners of Piper PA-46 Malibu aircraft.

Previously, the Civil Aviation Safety Authority required owners to inspect and potentially install new rivets in the aircraft fuselage (the main body of the plane) according to manufacturer guidelines (Piper Service Bulletin No. 959) by July 1993. This was necessary to obtain a maintenance release (the official certificate allowing an aircraft to fly).
