Plain English Summary

5/10 complexity

This AD revokes AD/PA‑36/6 Amdt 2 and issues AD/PA‑36/6 Amdt 3 (Wing Structural Fatigue Limitations), applying to all models. It requires operators and maintenance organisations to carry out the corrective inspections, repairs or modifications set out in the AD’s requirement and compliance sections to address an identified unsafe condition. CASA’s delegate determines the necessary actions; operators bear costs, downtime and record‑keeping burdens while maintenance providers perform the work.
