AD/PA-34/33 - Window Curtain Rod Support Area - Inspection - CANCELLED

This document cancels an old aviation safety rule that required owners of Piper PA-34 Seneca aircraft to inspect the window curtain rod support area.

What it does:

• Formally revokes Airworthiness Directive (safety rule) AD/PA-34/33 as of 23 October 2008
• Removes the legal obligation for a once-only inspection of the window curtain rod supports in these planes

Background: The original rule was issued in November 1979 and required the inspection to be done within 100 hours of flying time. That requirement is now obsolete, so this document simply takes it off the books.
