Plain English Summary

This Airworthiness Directive (a mandatory safety order issued by aviation regulators) requires owners of specific Piper PA-34-200T Seneca aircraft to inspect and replace certain hose assemblies.

Who it affects: Owners and operators of Piper Seneca model PA-34-200T planes with specific serial numbers listed in the document (ranging from 34-7870100 to 34-7870474, with some gaps in the sequence).

What you must do: Follow the technical instructions in the manufacturer's notice called Piper Service Bulletin No. 611 to check and replace the hose assemblies.

When: Complete the work within 100 hours of flying time after 31 January 1979.

These directives are legally binding safety requirements. Non-compliance means the aircraft cannot be flown legally.
