AD/PA-31/89 - Elevator Torque Tube Attachment - CANCELLED

What this does: This document officially cancels a previous safety rule (Airworthiness Directive) that required owners of Piper PA-31 aircraft to perform a once-only inspection of the elevator torque tube attachment—a component that helps control the aircraft's up-and-down movement (pitch).

Who it affects: Owners and operators of Piper PA-31 series aeroplanes. However, this cancellation is purely administrative because the original inspection had to be completed by 1980 or within 100 flight hours after February 1980.
