AD/PA-31/11 - Aft Facing Seats - Modification - CANCELLED

This document officially cancels an old aviation safety rule that required owners of Piper PA-31 aircraft to modify any rear-facing seats.

• Withdraws Airworthiness Directive (AD) AD/PA-31/11 completely
• Removes the legal requirement for these specific seat modifications
