| Background: | This unique Australian AD specified installation of a rubber fuel cell liner in any aircraft equipped with a fibreglass fuselage fuel tank. The modification was to be performed in accordance with Piper SB No. 878 or an equivalent modification document. Compliance was required before October 1988. The AD is no longer required. |
