Background:	This AD specified dye-penetrant inspection of upper longerons in the fuselage bay forward of the wing lift strut. Compliance was required no later than the next major inspection after August 1973. This AD was similar to paragraph (b) of USA AD73-15-05. The AD is no longer required.
