What this does: This document officially cancels an old aviation safety rule (Airworthiness Directive AD/PA-25/23) that required owners of specific Piper PA-25 Pawnee agricultural aircraft to modify their fuel tank labels.

Who it affects: Owners and operators of Piper PA-25-235 aircraft fitted with fuel tank kit No. 514-1-235 (originally supplied by Ansett General Aviation).

Why it matters: The original rule required a specific placard change by September 1971.
