Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This Airworthiness Directive requires operators of Vulcan P68 aircraft (except the P68R) to inspect the main landing‑gear attach bolts. For airframes with serial numbers up to 400 the inspection must follow Vulcan Air SB 99 Rev.1, and a specific Note on page 3 applies to all aircraft. The check must be carried out before the next flight after the AD’s effective date. The AD responds to a reported bolt failure attributed to over‑torque; operators bear inspection costs and CASA (delegate) enforces compliance.
