This Airworthiness Directive requires operators of Partenavia P68 aircraft (serial numbers up to 400) to modify and inspect the wing upper skin stringers and the adjacent engine nacelle area per Partenavia Service Bulletin No 93, and to replace any cracked stringers. It mandates installation of inspection access panels and sets specific initial and recurring inspection intervals.

The measure responds to reported stringer cracking; owners/operators bear the cost and downtime of inspections, repairs and replacements, and maintenance organisations must carry out the specified work within the staged deadlines.
