Applicability: All models P68 and P68B with S/Nos. referenced in Partenavia SB No. 40 Rev. 1 or with S/Nos. referenced in subsequent issues or revisions of that SB.

Background: Incidents have occurred where frame 3 has been found cracked and rivets working where the mounting brackets for rudder control cable pulleys are attached to this frame. This Revision results from an extension of compliance times for initial and repeat inspections.
