This Airworthiness Directive requires owners/operators of specified Mitsubishi MU-2B25 (S/N 239–273) and MU-2B‑30/35 (S/N 505–599) aeroplanes to modify controls per MHI Service Bulletin MU 2 SB 069/24‑006 (together with AD/MU 2/43) to reduce pilot confusion over electric pitch‑trim/autopilot interrupt/disconnect switches.

Work must be completed by 31 March 1990; compliance costs fall to aircraft owners while the regulator mandates the requirement.
