Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

Requires owners/operators of specified Mooney M20 serials to perform recurring engine‑mount inspections and to repair or replace mounts per Mooney Service Bulletin M20‑192. The rule ties inspection timing to a 450‑hour threshold, creates an ongoing maintenance and downtime cost, and makes compliance dependent on following the SB’s technical instructions.
