Background:	This unique Australian AD, raised in1967 against Mooney Service Bulletin (SB)No. M20-148, required a modification to the lower rudder assembly. Compliance was required within 100 hours TIS after 7 September 1967.As all affected aircraft would have been modified long ago, this AD is no longer required.
