This AD requires owners/operators of certain older Gates Learjet 24/25 aeroplanes (and any with Kit No. AMK 73-1) to inspect the spoiler actuator bracket and bushing, following Gates Learjet Service Bulletin 24/25‑261.

The inspection must be done within 100 hours time-in-service after 30 June 1975; operators bear the inspection, any follow-on work costs, and scheduling/downtime.
