Plain English Summary

This AD requires owners/operators of Gates Learjet 24 & 25 series to install a specified instruction placard above the cabin emergency exit window reading “PUSH SEAT-BACK FORWARD TO CLEAR EXIT,” with red letters at least 3/16" high on white, mounted immediately below the existing window operating instruction placard, completed by 30 June 1975. It’s a one‑off, low‑risk compliance cost borne by operators to standardise a clear, visible emergency instruction.
