Document: Lake Aircraft Division, Consolidated Aeronautics Inc. SB No. B-55. Compliance: Within 100 hours time in service after 31 July 1979.

Background: At manufacture the 4 rivets securing the trim actuating bracket lower flange to the fin rib may have been omitted.
