Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This Airworthiness Directive mandates owners/operators of all Morava L200 series aircraft to inspect the front attachment hinges of the tail fin and horizontal stabiliser, following Omnipol Service Bulletin No. L200/109. The inspection must be completed before issuing a Certificate of Airworthiness. The hinges are critical to directional and stability control, so the check prevents failures that could lead to loss of control.
