Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

This directive makes part of Omnipol Information Bulletin No. L200/076 Part C mandatory for all Morava L200 series aeroplanes, requiring specified replacement of horizontal stabiliser attach fittings and strengthening/modification of the front spar. It sets firm compliance deadlines by flight-count: certain rear/lower fittings and strengthening before 2,000 flights, and front fittings/front-spar work before 3,500 flights. Owners/operators must fund and schedule the work; maintenance organisations and parts suppliers will face increased, time‑concentrated demand.
