This document cancels a previous aviation safety rule for Meta Sokol L.40 aircraft (a type of Czech-made plane) that were fitted with extra fuel tanks on their wingtips.

What it used to require: Owners had to modify the main fuel tank venting system to ensure air spaces between tanks were interconnected. This work originally had to be completed by September 1971.

What it does now: It formally cancels that modification requirement. Aircraft owners and operators no longer need to comply with this specific fuel system change, as the safety authority has determined the rule is no longer necessary.
