Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

Operators of British Aerospace Jetstream Series 3100/3200 aeroplanes (constructor numbers up to 972) must carry out the work specified in BA Mandatory Service Bulletin 52-JM 7793 before 30 April 1994. The measure targets passenger/crew drawbolt installations and door-warning microswitch rigging to address reports of spurious door warning indications. Operators bear costs and scheduling responsibility; compliance reduces false-warning risk but may cause short-term downtime.
