AD/J4100/13 - Passenger Door 'G' Lock and Speed Lock Systems

This Airworthiness Directive requires operators of all BAe Jetstream 4100 series aircraft to carry out lubrication/maintenance of the passenger door ‘G’ lock and speed lock systems in accordance with BAe Mandatory Service Bulletin J41-52-058 (or a later CAA/EASA‑approved revision). The rule moves the task from a C‑Check grouping to a more frequent schedule: initial action within 30 days after 20 February 2008 (unless already done) and recurring at intervals not to exceed 1,500 flight hours. Operators pay for and schedule the work; CASA enforces compliance.
