Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

Requires operators of Israel Aircraft Industries Westwind models 1123 and 1124 (S/N 94–269) to install a cockpit placard showing maximum operating speeds (IAS or Mach) under specified altitude, autopilot and tip‑tank fuel conditions. Compliance is due within 10 hours’ time in service; the placard must stay in place until the aeroplane is modified via the listed Service Bulletins and Israel CAA AD. The manufacturer reported a rivet/strength discrepancy; operators bear the installation cost and must observe the speed limits until modification is complete.
