CASA requires operators of specific Israel Aircraft Industries Astra SPX aeroplanes (s/n 073, 079–125, 127) to inspect the clearance between electrical wiring bundles and the pilot/co‑pilot Air Data Reference and Reversionary Switching Panels and, if needed, install additional clamps per Astra Alert Service Bulletin No 1125‑31A‑236.

Operators must comply within 25 hours time‑in‑service and pay for inspection/rectification. The AD targets a chafing risk that could cause cockpit smoke or fire and is issued by the CASA delegate under CAR 1998 subreg 39.1(1).
