Applicability: All models: 369HE with S/Nos. 0101E to 0215E, 369HS with S/Nos. 0001S to 0661S, 369HM with S/Nos. 0001 to 0004, and 005M to 260M.

Document: Hughes SIN No. HN-82.

Compliance: Within 100 hours time in service after 30 April 1975 and thereafter at intervals not exceeding 100 hours time in service.
