Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

The instrument removes the airworthiness directive "AD/HS 125/41 Amdt 1 — Canopy Post A-B - Fail Safe Links (8/90)" from CASA’s Schedule because BAe 125 series aircraft are not currently on the Australian register. This means no active compliance obligations or costs in Australia under this AD while the model remains unregistered, though CASA could relist the AD if the type returns to the register.
