Plain English Summary

1/10 complexity

What this is: An Airworthiness Directive (a mandatory safety order for aircraft) that originally required inspections of the nose gear leg mounting bracket on British Aerospace BAe 125 series aeroplanes.

Current status: The actual requirements have been removed from the register because no aircraft of this type are currently registered in Australia. The document now serves only as a placeholder indicating that the directive previously existed (as Australian adoption of British AD 12/68) but is no longer active.

Who it affects: Currently, no one — unless a BAe 125 aircraft is returned to the Australian register, CASA would need to reinstate the inspection requirements.
